No one can tell why Samsung has given so much big amount of price cut to its flagship device "Samsung Galaxy S4".
It is impossible to get a "on paper" Octa core processor device at ₹30,000/-.

2GB RAM.

Androd 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
It is almost impossible to give such amazing features at just ₹30,000/-.
But the only competitor to Galaxy S4 is the LG Nexus 5. But the camera of S4 beats the nexus 5 in the battle.
